It is in B4 at the 4th generation
June, 2003 as LEGACY Sedan that the model at the 2nd generation
debuted. Since an appearance of 1989, the world total output exceeds
3,000,000 by car which won popularity by early pleasure and the fusion
of the high efficiency package, an original 4WD system.
It was
developed with uniting running, the function, and beauty as the theme,
and it inquired into essence as the premium sports sedan. As for the
body, the width became 3 number size of 1730mm. By the expansion of the
tread, the change of the engine mounting position, it raise operation
stability. The feature was to have achieved a high body rigidity while
achieving lightening by an improvement of the body structure and
positive use of a light material. Well weight balance of symmetric 4WD
system gave the improvement, and the oneness and safety with the car

The engine is the horizontally opposed engine of the tradition. A 2.0L
are SOHC, DOHC, DOHC turbo, and 6 cylinder 3.0L in total. The change of
the specification of the suspension and the enhancement of equipment
were done in May, 2005. In May, 2006, it added a hand to the appearance
and the design of the interior decoration. Moreover, improved an engine
and AT, and a driver adopted SI-DRIVE with 3 kinds of drive modes to
3.0L and 2.0L turbo freely and it was high-dimensional and balanced a
run and the mileage.
