Attention to all customers who use auction system.
1) When you send bids to us, every morning we put exact price you send for us each auction sites by manually.
2) By the way if some other company bid for the same vehicle over than the price you bid, priority is going for the person who send highest bid price.
3) Also if other company (Japanese dealer or supplier) bid for same vehicle in auction,but higher than the price Sayuri bid in auction on behalf of our customer, then also we will not be able to purchase the said vehicle.
As an example.
Sayuri International company Bid Yen 1,000,000 for A vehicle
Some other company Bid Yen 1,100,000 for the same vehicle
but the vehicle sold in auction for yen 800,000
Then the company which put yen 1,100,000 has right to buy said vehicle. We have no right to fight with auction house for this case.
please note that we will not inform the bit results on the same day, following day morning you will be received a email with the result
Therefore kindly understand about auction system before you use it please. If not when you see vehicle sold in auction less then your bid price you may miss understand we bought the vehicle and did not sell to you.
